We support people to make positive changes by providing family and emotional support, practical advice and guidance, welfare rights advice and advocacy and access to professional legal advice.

How does What's Your Problem help people?

We provide support online, by email, on the telephone or face to face at our offices in Torquay. We also attend the tribunal, civil court and family court with people to provide advice and support.

How long has What's Your Problem been helping people?

What's Your Problem was founded in 2015 and incorporated as a non profit organisation in December of that year.

What's Your Problem provides a free initial consultation where we will work with you to understand your needs and the options available to you.

Can What's Your Problem help me for free?

A.

What's Your Problem has the benefit of grant funding for specific areas of support which could fully or partly fund the help we give you. We will explore this during your free consultation and we will also let you know of any other free services that we are aware of.

What if there is no grant funding for the help I need?

A.

What's Your Problem will let you know of any free support available from us or any other organisations that we are aware of. If you choose to fund our support privately then the maximum fee is £65 an hour.
